Betting Previews: 2/24/2022

Today we will be previewing three games. Two college basketball games and one NBA game.

NBA:

Hawks @ Bulls

In the first game back since All-Star Weekend, the 28-30 Atlanta Hawks travel to take on the 38-21 Chicago Bulls. The Bulls are on a 5-game winning streak heading into the All Star Break. Chicago ranks number 1 overall in field goal percentage, shooting 48.3% overall as a team. The Hawks, won two games before the all star break, after dropping 5 of their last 7. Trae Young has 28 double-doubles this season and is averaging 9.3 assists per game. The Bulls have won both previous meetings between the two teams, scoring 130 points in both wins.

CBB:

Ohio State @ Illinois

The #22 Ohio State Buckeyes will travel to Champaign to continue their busy schedule when they take on the #15 Illinois Fighting Illini. OSU will play for the third time since Saturday as they make up for two postponements due to covid. Kofi Cockburn and Trent Frazier are the one-two combo that Ohio State will hope to counter with E.J. Liddell and freshman Malaki Branham. This will be the only meeting meeting between these two teams this season.

Temple @ Memphis

In American action, the Temple Owls will travel to take on the Memphis Tigers. The Tigers come into this one winning 6 of their last 7 but dropping their last game on the road to SMU, 73-57. The Owls on the other hand, are 2-2 in their last 4 games but are on a 2-game winning streak, most recently defeating Cincinnati on the road, 75-71. This will be the only meeting between these two teams this season.
