Betting Previews: 3/3/2022

Today we will be previewing three games, all on the NBA slate.

NBA:

Bulls @ Hawks

The Bulls and Hawks both come into this game off of a loss. Two top scorers in the NBA will be in action in this game with Demar Derozan (28.9 ppg) and Trae Young (27.9 ppg). Most recently when the Bulls played the Hawks on February 24th, they got the victory 112-108 at the United Center. Since that game the Bulls have dropped two straight to the Grizzlies and Heat. Chicago is 3-0 against the Hawks this season and will go for the series sweep tonight in Atlanta.

Warriors @ Mavericks

Golden State will look to avoid their first 3-game losing streak of the season tonight when they take on the Mavericks in Dallas. The two teams met on Sunday in San Francisco, where the Warriors led by as much as 21 in the third quarter, only to see the Mavs score 33 of the final 41 points total en route to a 107-101 win. It marked the largest blown lead by an NBA team so far this season. The Warriors were missing Klay Thompson and Draymond Green in that game but will have Thompson back for the rematch. Golden State is 1-4 in their last 5 games while Dallas is 4-1.

Lakers @ Clippers

The Clippers have won six straight games against the Lakers, the first time either team has done that since 2014. Five of the Lakers last six games have been decided by 5 of fewer points, and they are 1-4 in those games. Since February 12th, the Clippers are 6-1, with four of those wins coming on the road. They are allowing only 102.1 points per game this season, best in the NBA. In their last match up, the Clippers were able to defeat the Lakers 105-102.
