Stanley Cup Finals:
Lightning at Avalanche
In Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals the Tampa Bay Lightning will travel to take on the Colorado Avalanche. After dropping the first 2 games of the series against the Rangers, the Lightning battled back to win 4 consecutive games and secure the Eastern Conference crown. The Avalanche swept the Oilers in 4 games to win the Eastern Conference Finals. They are 12-2 in the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs. The winner of Game 1 is 62-20 in the Stanley Cup Finals and the home team has won Game 1 in each of the last 5 Finals. Puck drop is scheduled for 8 PM Eastern Time.
Orioles @ Blue Jays
The Baltimore Orioles (27-36) will take on the Toronto Blue Jays (36-25) for Game 3 of a 4 game series on the road. The Orioles lost Game 1 of the series 11-1 before coming back and winning Game 2 by a score of 6-5. Previously, they both are coming off taking 2 of 3 to AL Central teams, with the Orioles defeating the Royals and Blue Jays defeating the Tigers in their series. Baltimore will pitch Bruce Zimmerman while Toronto will counter with Jose Berrios. First pitch is scheduled for 7:07 PM Eastern Time.
