Betting Previews: 3/8/2022

Today we will be previewing two games, one college basketball game and an NBA game.

CBB:

Boston College @ Pittsburgh

In the first round of the ACC tournament, the 11-19 Boston College Eagles take on the 11-20 Pittsburgh Panthers at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Both teams are carrying a losing streak heading into the tourney, with Pitts streak at 4 and BC at 3, respectively.  The Panthers look to tighten up defensively, allowing 85+ points in two of their last three matchups. These teams split the regular season series, each winning January home games. Pitt prevailed 69-67 on January 8th while Boston College got a 69-56 victory on January 30th. The winner of this game will take on #5 seed Wake Forest in tomorrows second round matchup.

NBA:

Cavaliers @ Pacers

The Cleveland Cavaliers will look to continue their dominance of the Indiana Pacers tonight when they travel to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. They will likely be without all-star center Jarret Allen on this three-game road trip. The Pacers have lost 11 out of their last 14 games including a 133-123 setback at Washington on Sunday. They are 0-3 against the Cavaliers this season. In their last matchup, the Cavs won on the road 120-113.
